Reports to: Courtesy Staff Supervisor

Whether it is outside in front of the base lodge, in the lift line, or elsewhere on the mountain, our courtesy staff provide the front-line face-to-face interaction with our guests. These staff and volunteers help make our guest’s experience that much better by providing necessary information and assistance when it’s needed most. When they are successful at their jobs, it sets the right tone for the rest of the day.

Summary: Primary responsibility is to provide outdoor customer service and lift pass checking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ticket checking at all chairlifts
Maze and lift line control
Front of lodge greeting and assisting skiers with their equipment
Conducting surveys
Assist guest on and off shuttle bus
Checking permits in the preferred parking lot
Other duties as assigned


Strong customer service background
Must be able to help weekends and holidays
Able to withstand extreme cold weather conditions
Able to work standing up for extended periods of time
Safety conscious and oriented
Ability to move large maze pieces & ski racks (50lbs.)
Proficient skier or rider ability required for working some chairlifts on the mountain 
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible in response to changing assignments
Must maintain personal appearance in accordance with Bromley standards
Reliable transportation
