Bromley Mountain is looking for you: hard working, dedicated individuals who love the outdoors and enjoy working in a fun environment. When indicating position choices you are applying for, only select those that you realistically would consider and are eligible for. It is not required to put more than one selection. Keep in mind you can also work in two different capacities with us. For instance, you can work in Ticket Office mornings and teach afterschool ski lessons in afternoon, or work in one department 2 days and another for 3 days each week.

Laborer / Handyman
We are looking for a few individuals to join our team assisting in the Bromley Village mowing lawns, clearing debris, working on culverts, and other general outdoor maintenance. This is outdoors, working with hand tools. Ability to work as part of team towards a common goal is paramount for this position.
Facilities Assistant
Enjoy working on buildings and grounds, indoors and outside, during the summer months? This could be your dream job.
Aerial Adventure Park (AAP) Attendant
Our ropes course is a key attraction offering our guests five different routes of increasing difficulty. All courses are suspended in the trees requiring dexterity and confidence to navigate. We are looking for energetic staff to assist in making this attraction successful, safe, and fun.
Sun Mountain Flyer Attendant
Flying through the sky like an eagle is pretty cool and the Sun Mountain Flyer gives you that feeling. The Sun Flyer is a half-mile of adrenaline. We are looking for safety conscious individuals to be a part of the team that operates this attraction.
Lifeguard and Rec Area Attendant
We are looking for someone who can serve as pool lifeguard and rec area attendant for the summer season.
First Aid Attendant
Want to put those First Aid skills to use during the summer season? You can do this as part of the Bromley Mountain Adventure Park staff.
Guest Satisfaction and Event Coordinator
Do you love meeting new people? Are you great at initiating conversation? Enjoy being outdoors? If you answered yes to all these then you may be perfect for our Guest Satisfaction and Event Coordinator position. Main responsibilities include initiating the Bromley Guest Satisfaction Survey, executing the Bromley Summer Events Calendar, ensuring excellent and on-time coordination and deployment of all events and activities with an emphasis on safety, and being the primary caretaker of the guest experience for those attending and participating in events at Bromley Mountain. He/she is crucial to the success of the on-mountain Marketing Plan. Requires both weekend and holiday work and may include evening work.
