When indicating position choices you are applying for, only select those that you realistically would consider and are eligible for. It is not required to put more than one selection. Keep in mind you can also work in two different capacities with us. For instance, you can work in Ticket Office mornings and teach afterschool ski lessons in afternoon, or work in one department 2 days and another for 3 days each week.

Caring for the children of our guests is a great responsibility that we take seriously. In the Kids Center our customers are ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. The program is a combination of inside care and outside ski lessons – one of the only programs like it in the Eastern US. Inside care involves arts and crafts, games, group activities and free play. Outside ski lessons are available for children ages 2½ to 6. Experience caring for children, younger siblings, babysitting, camp counselor, etc. is preferred. Most important is a positive, upbeat personality and the ability to wear a smile every day and make each child’s visit a wonderful experience.
Working on the front-line of our resort, Lift Attendants help our guests load and ride lift equipment taking them up the mountain to enjoy the 47 slopes at Bromley. Although the time spent with each guest is short, these people ARE the face of the staff here.
If you are interested in teaching kids how to ski from an early age and enjoy working with children, then the Kids Center Ski Instructor is for you. We are looking for several individuals to assist our Kids Center in taking care of children while teaching them the basics of how to move on skis.

We’re looking for seasonal Ski & Snowboard Coaches for our JETS Program: JETS is a season long program designed for kids (ages 6 to 17) who already have a degree of proficiency, but want to take it to the next level. In other words, JETS is not a “how to” program, but a “how to excel” program. For this reason we put our best in these positions.
We are looking for an Alpine Trainer to help make our Ski & Snowboard School even better. Our school has grown over the last few years while still maintaining a “close knit” feel. The Snowsports School desk staff is where the guest’s experience begins when it comes to any lesson or education program at Bromley. Quality guest service is our number one priority requiring someone who can show empathy, kindness, and understanding in all scenarios.
The Snowsports desk is the sales point, information center, and nerve center for the entire Snowsports school; because of this the Reservations Supervisor is the frontline for internal and external guests.
Selling lift tickets is often the first contact we have with our guests and something nearly every guest needs to do while visiting Bromley. These employees provide essential initial impressions that set the tone for the remainder of the guest’s stay with us.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking person to lead a team that maintains our Terrain Based Learning (TBL) area and our Freestyle Terrain Parks. This someone is first on the slopes with an attention to detail and safety. Must be independent and able to work unsupervised at times.
Potter Brothers is the on-mountain retail store located in the Base Lodge at Bromley. The store focuses on the merchandise needs of Bromley’s guests offering a wide variety of ski and snowboard equipment and winter accessories. Staff assist our guests in selecting the right item for their needs to ensure they have a good winter experience.
Staying nourished and hydrated are key to having a great day out on the mountain, therefore having a great team that provides this service to our guests is also important. Join the Bromley/Centerplate food service team, we are looking for people to fill several positions in our Base Lodge cafeteria, Wild Boar restaurant, and Long Trail Base Camp.

Snow is made by a small group of highly motivated and dedicated members of the Bromley team who operate when the weather is right for making snow. This can be day or night, during weekends and holidays, starting in early November and lasting through most of the season. Bromley Mountain Resort is looking for a few new snowmakers to compliment our existing night crew. No previous snowmaking experience is necessary – we can train you to do the job. What we demand is a good attitude, being physically fit, and teamwork is paramount. *This position receives a 10% hourly bonus compared to day shift plus OT almost every week we have cold temps.

This is a seasonal position that guarantees first tracks; you will report on snow conditions daily and produce beautiful visual content for digital distribution. Customer service and safety are top priorities at Bromley and our Repair Technicians are instrumental to both. Working directly with our guests, Repair Technicians provide the expertise and recommendations of how to adjust and repair snowsports equipment.
The Events Coordinator exudes a fun, family oriented, outgoing and positive attitude, is collaborative, likes working on multiple projects across multiple departments, and is a strong written and verbal communicator. The primary objective for this position is to seamlessly execute the Bromley Winter Events Calendar, ensuring excellent and on-time coordination and deployment of all events and activities with an emphasis on safety.
