When indicating position choices you are applying for, only select those that you realistically would consider and are eligible for. It is not required to put more than one selection. Keep in mind you can also work in two different capacities with us. For instance, you can work in Ticket Office mornings and teach afterschool ski lessons in afternoon, or work in one department 2 days and another for 3 days each week.

Current Openings:

Snowboard Instructor (Ski & Snowboard School: ages 5-adult)
Get paid to ride with us! Bromley is looking for highly motivated individuals to teach our guests how to snowboard. No prior instructor experience necessary – we provide paid clinics so you can learn to teach snowboarding – we just need you to know how to ride at an intermediate level. We offer programs to adults & kids, private lessons, groups, after school sessions, and everything in between – you can instruct in all or only some of those areas. We will work with you at utilizing your strengths on the mountain.
Ski Instructor (Kids Center: ages 2-6)
If you are interested in teaching kids how to ski from an early age and enjoy working with children, then the Kids Center Ski Instructor is for you. We are looking for several individuals to assist our Kids Center in taking care of children while teaching them the basics of how to move on skis.
Caregiver (Kids Center)
Caring for the children of our guests is a great responsibility that we take seriously. In the Kids Center our customers are ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. The program is a combination of inside care and outside ski lessons – one of the only programs like it in the Eastern US. Inside care involves arts and crafts, games, group activities and free play. Outside ski lessons are available for children ages 2½ to 6. Experience caring for children, younger siblings, babysitting, camp counselor, etc. is preferred. Most important is a positive, upbeat personality and the ability to wear a smile every day and make each child’s visit a wonderful experience.
Lift Attendant
Working on the front-line of our resort, Lift Attendants help our guests load and ride lift equipment taking them up the mountain to enjoy the 47 trails at Bromley. Although the time spent with each guest is short, these people ARE the face of the staff here.
Laborer / Handyman
We are looking for a team to assist in the Bromley Village shoveling walkways, delivering firewood, and other necessary jobs. This is outdoors, working with hand tools. Ability to work as part of team towards a common goal is paramount for this position.
Parking Attendant
Everyone wants a quick drop-off and then the closest slot in the parking lot at a ski resort. Keeping it safe and orderly is necessary to ensure we maximize space and assist all our guests with getting the best spot available at the time of their arrival.
Food Service, Restaurant, and Bar staff
Staying nourished and hydrated are key to having a great day out on the mountain, therefore having a great team that provides this service to our guests is also important. Join the Bromley/Centerplate food service team, we are looking for people to fill several positions in our Base Lodge cafeteria, Wild Boar restaurant, and Long Trail Base Camp.
Courtesy Staff Volunteer
Whether it is outside in front of the base lodge, in the lift line, or elsewhere on the mountain, our courtesy staff provide the front-line face-to-face interaction with our guests. These staff and volunteers help make our guest’s experience that much better by providing necessary information and assistance when it’s needed most. When they are successful at their jobs, it sets the right tone for the rest of the day.
Night Cleaning Crew / Housekeeping
We are looking for someone who has a few extra hours each evening who desires some extra income to help keep Bromley clean. Night cleaning teams are needed to ensure the bathrooms and common spaces are clean and ready to receive our guests the next morning. This usually involves only a few hours at the end of our business day (starting around 5pm).
