This position works with our accounting department and property services department. Knowledge on the monthly financial close process, general ledger activities and booking monthly journal entries required. Also works with the sales office for daily cash/revenue reports and audits daily cash report.
The Sales Representative staff is where the guest’s experience starts to take shape. Quality guest service is our number one priority while helping guide our guests through a sometimes complicated process to find the correct product. This requires someone who can show empathy, kindness and understanding in all scenarios; in addition, this person must be able to stay composed and patient, keeping the guest’s need and experience front and center.
We are looking for someone who has a few extra hours each evening who desires some extra income to help keep Bromley clean. Night cleaning teams are needed to ensure the bathrooms and common spaces are clean and ready to receive our guests the next morning. This usually involves only a few hours at the end of our business day (starting around 5pm).
Everyone wants a quick drop-off and then the closest slot in the parking lot at a ski resort. Keeping it safe and orderly is necessary to ensure we maximize space and assist all our guests with getting the best spot available at the time of their arrival.
Staying nourished and hydrated are key to having a great day out on the mountain, therefore having a great team that provides this service to our guests is also important. Join the Bromley/Centerplate food service team, we are looking for people to fill several positions in our Base Lodge cafeteria, Wild Boar restaurant, and Long Trail Base Camp.
Do you love meeting new people? Are you great at initiating conversation? Enjoy being outdoors? If you answered yes to all these then you may be perfect for our survey taker. Main responsibility includes initiating the Bromley Guest Satisfaction Survey.
Working on the front-line of our resort, Lift Operators help our guests load and ride lift equipment taking them up the mountain to enjoy the 47 slopes at Bromley. Although the time spent with each guest is short, these people ARE the face of the staff here.
