Summary – Seeking experienced professional to lead its Food and Beverage department. Retail foodservice, bar and restaurant operations knowledge coupled with a strong culinary background in high volume seasonal operations a plus ! Strong administrative, financial and organizational skills needed. Ability to attract, hire, lead, inspire and develop staff. Winter operations consist of managing multiple food outlets and special events. Summer / off-season operations consist of catering, events and daily adventure park concessions and restaurant operations. This is a year-round position featuring competitive compensation and benefits. Minimum requirements include 5 years prior F & B management, ServSafe, VT. Liquor Certificate and VT. Certified Trainer and knowledge of all Vermont State and local regulations desired.

Staying nourished and hydrated are key to having a great day out on the mountain, therefor having a great team that provides this service to our guests is also important. Join the Bromley/Centerplate food service team, we are looking for people to fill several positions in our Base Lodge cafeteria, Wild Boar restaurant, and Long Trail Base Camp. This includes cooks, servers, host/hostess, cleaning, etc.
Summary: Primary role is to provide on-mountain food service to our guests.
