Reports to: Sales Ops Manager
The Snowsports School desk staff is where the guest’s experience begins when it comes to any lesson or education program at Bromley. Quality guest service is our number one priority. We desire staff who can show empathy, kindness, and understanding in all scenarios.
This position requires a sales minded individual who will build relationships with our guests and engage them.
The pace is fast at times with some downtime mixed in. The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong multi-tasker with the ability to perform under pressure and always provide exemplary guest service.
Summary: Primary role is to sell lesons to guests while providing a positive guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet guests and give all information about lessons and programs
Accurately take and enter guest reservations into Siriusware software system in person, online or over the phone.
Accurately and timely process cash and credit card transactions.
Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services offered through the ski & snowboard school and be able to communicate that knowledge to internal and external guests
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Competencies:
Exemplary guest service skills when interacting with internal and external guests at all times
Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
Must follow Bromley’s policies on personal appearance
Ability to keep a balanced cash drawer
Reliable transportation in snow
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, mail machines, and fax machines. Occasional work outdoors (any time of year) is likely throughout the base of operations.
