Bromley Village

Bromley Village continues to offer well appointed slopeside lodging, condominium style, for Winter 2020/21. We’ve made a few changes to keep you and our staff safe and healthy this season, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Slopeside accommodations in Bromley Village are the perfect complement to a Southern Vermont Vacation.

Whether you’re planning an epic winter ski trip or a sweet summer stay in the gorgeous Green Mountains, our Village has the space to suit your needs. We’re happy to house a romantic getaway in a cozy one bedroom, or a family holiday in a spacious four-bedroom condominium. And, of course, all rentals include winter Ski & Stay or summer adventure Play & Stay package options, seasonally appropriate.

Bromley Village condos and homes are tastefully appointed, complete with fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, linens, wifi, and cable TV. Units are available for the weekend, the week, or for the entire season.

Prior to booking your stay with us, there are a few things you need to know.

To ensure we follow Vermont’s Be Smart, Stay Safe order, we are requiring all renters to sign a Certificate of Compliance prior to arrival. For more information about current travel restrictions, please visit https://accd.vermont.gov/covid-19/restart/cross-state-travel.

Upon making your lodging reservation we recommend that you register with Sara Alert to get daily reminders via text, email or phone from the Vermont Department of Health regarding travel to the State of Vermont.

Please note, we require a two night minimum for all reservations (certain dates will require a 3 night minimum). We can only accept reservations online for stays booked at least two days in advance, and for under two weeks in length. If you'd like to book last minute, reserve an extended stay, or just can't find what you're looking for, please get in touch with us directly. Call 800.865.4786, or email lodging@bromley.com.

Cancellation Policy. Our cancellation policies have been relaxed so you can rest assured in planning your visit to Bromley Mountain:

Non-holiday bookings are refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival, a $50 cancellation fee applies. Holiday bookings are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival less a $50 cancellation fee. For reservations made prior to December 1st, 2020, a credit for a rental in the same unit (up to one year) for cancellations within the refund period may be applied.

Deposit Policy
Non-holiday: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Holiday: 50% is due at time of booking, 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservations. All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with minimum stays in place during certain time periods. Please note, no walk-in bookings are available at this time. We require a two-night minimum for all reservations (certain dates will require a 3-night minimum). Inside the condos. In addition to our regular attention to detail, we’ve implemented a multi-step cleaning process that involves cleaning all surfaces in each unit and entryway and then sanitizing them with a fogger (which sanitizes surfaces throughout the unit!). Housekeeping provides towels, linens, and extra supplies according to the number of guests. If additional items are requested, they will be delivered during operating hours and left outside the entry door. Please note, there is no daily towel service.

Checking In. Prior to arrival day, you will receive a notification from the Bromley Village Office reminding you of actions required to check in, including completing a Certificate of Compliance for all members in your party. 

Please note:

  • Guests may check in only if they have completed the required certification and actions outlined above. 
  • Only one guest per reservation may enter the Village Office to check in. 
  • Masks or cloth facial coverings are required. 
  • Please follow social distancing guidelines. 
  • Hand sanitizer is available at the front door to the office. 
  • Frequently touched surfaces and common areas are cleaned regularly. 
  • Public restrooms are not available.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to drive to the Mountain?

No!  If you're not staying slopeside, condo rentals do come with shuttle passes (winter only).  You can get the complete schedule from the Village Office.

What's included when we rent at Bromley Village?

All Bromley Village condominiums are tastefully appointed and are complete with wood-burning fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, linens, cable TV and telephones.  Condos are available for the weekend, the week, or for the entire season.  Guests at Bromley Village have access to the club house which features an exercise facility, lounge and wireless internet.

Where do we check-in for Bromley Village?

Heading east on Vermont Route 11, the entrance to Bromley village will be on your left (about 3/4 mile from the intersection of Routes 11 & 30, if the ski resort is on your left then you've gone too far).  The entrance to the village is bordered by two, lit stone pillars with the Village Offices located just inside that entrance on your right.  The staff inside the office will be happy to check you in.

Are the Bromley Village Condos pet-friendly?

No, we ask that you leave your non-human friends home during your stay in Bromley Village.

Deposit & Payment Details

DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be charged in total to a major credit card. 

FINAL PAYMENT:
The balance, including applicable tax, is due 14 days prior to arrival. Balance due for holiday periods must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
All rentals will include a security deposit of $300 or major credit card imprint. Deposit will be refunded no later than 45 days after departure, minus any charges incurred.
