Single or Multi Day Lift Tickets:

Bromley Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and may void a ticket for inappropriate conduct by the holder. Single Day Lift Tickets are valid any day during the ski season in which they were purchased and expire upon Bromley’s closure at the end of the winter season. Multi-Day Lift Tickets are valid for any start date during the season in which they were purchased, and expire after the consecutive days on the ticket have been expunged (a Two Day Lift Ticket first scanned on 1/16 would expire at the end of the ski day on 1/17) and expire upon Bromley’s closure at the end of the winter season. Lift Tickets are not for resale and are non-refundable, so please choose your purchases carefully.

Our Snow Guarantee:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the day’s conditions, we will be glad to issue you a voucher to return and ski with us on a different day during the current winter season. Refunds will not be given. Requests for vouchers must be made in person at the Ticket Office prior to 10:00am. You must present your lift ticket and ticket stub when requesting a credit voucher. The Snow Guarantee is for full-day tickets only and is not valid for half-day tickets. Redeemed Snow Guarantee vouchers may not be used to receive a second Snow Guarantee voucher.  

Season Passes:

A person may receive a credit for a like Season Pass for a future season at Bromley Mountain if unable to ski/snowboard due to medical reasons. A letter from a doctor is required for verification. The credit will be prorated from the Resort’s opening day based on the date of injury as follows:

Opening day through December 20th      100% credit

December 31st through January 15th      65% credit

January 16th through February 15th        30% credit

February 16th through February 28th      15% credit

March 1 to Closing           0% credit

Cancellation requests must be received at Bromley Mountain within 14 days of a medical incident.
