Mountain & Resort Host Program
Be part of what makes Bromley feel like home. From the slopes to the base lodge, lift lines to the parking lot, our Mountain and Resort Hosts are the friendly faces guests remember. Whether you’re offering a helpful tip, pointing someone in the right direction, or simply sharing a warm welcome, you play a key role in creating a safe, smooth, and enjoyable day on the mountain. Every day brings a new vantage point and a new experience, keeping things fresh, active, and rewarding, all while helping guests make the most of their time here.
Mountain Hosts spend their days on the mountain, typically near trail maps or intersections providing guidance to guests while promoting safe skiing and riding. They receive special training and assist Ski Patrol with basic first aid care, communicating guest safety needs or concerns, and end of day sweep of the mountain.
Resort Hosts spend their days in the base area, scanning tickets and passes at chairlifts while maintaining an orderly maze. They may also spend their time assisting the flow of traffic in our drop-off zone, helping customers unload their equipment, and providing guidance to guests upon arrival.
