Welcome to the Kåre Andersen Telemark Center at Bromley Mountain. Our goal is to introduce people to the wonderful world of telemark skiing! We offer lessons, clinics and rentals for kids and adults, and we even host several tele events throughout the season including three weekends of all-day Premier Telemark Clinics, the Kåre Andersen Telemark Festival, and a Rando Race. We are located in the Rental Area next to the Tuning Shop on the Main floor of the Base Lodge. We are proud to feature 22 Designs, Black Diamond, K2, Crispi, Garmont and Rossignol equipment, as well as both traditional heel bale and NTN style bindings. The Kåre Andersen Telemark Center is the most comprehensive Tele center in Southern Vermont.
Private Telemark Lessons
- Who: Ages 3+
- Where: Lessons meet at the Private Lesson sign just off the Sun Deck.
- What: Telemark Lessons are available only through Private Lessons, our highly personalized clinics focused on specific goals for Telemark. Reservations are strongly recommended. Multi-person lessons are for people of similar abilities.
- Cost: Non-Peak $120/hour, Peak** $135/hour. Discounts apply for additional participants.
*Have a favorite instructor? Request them! We'll book your lesson with the instructor of your choice (based on availability) for an additional $10/hour.

Sorry, we cannot take reservations via e-mail. All reservations for private lessons must be made by phone.
You must cancel by phone or in person by 2:00pm the day prior to your reservation to receive a credit in the form of a voucher for a future reservation; there are no refunds. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged to those who have not canceled in time, and there are no exceptions. Please do not email cancellations.
Full one-day rate charged; remaining reservations canceled. All ski and snowboard school and Kids' Programs that are reserved in advance will be charged the full amount at the time of booking on the credit card provided.
Other Participation Policies
If your child is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please refrain from bringing them into our program. If they should suddenly develop any flu-like symptoms while in our care, our staff will notify you to come pick them up.
We do not allow peanut butter or peanut products in our facility.
Children enrolled in any programs must have a parent/guardian on the premises during program time.
OVERALL RESORT OPERATING SCHEDULE
Weather permitting, we plan to open for the 2019/20 Winter Season on Saturday, November 16, 2019. Early season operations are as follows: open 11/16-17, suspend operations 11/18-22, open 11/23-24, suspend operations 11/25-28, open 11/29-12/1, suspend operations 12/2-6, open 12/7-8, suspend operations 12/9-12, and open for full-time, 7 day a week operations on Friday, 12/13. We expect to continue operations through the first weekend in April.
Management reserves the right to suspend operations at its discretion. In the event that early or late season operations are suspended for 3 or more consecutive midweek days, midweek season passes will be honored the following weekend.
