No cars to park, no traffic to fight, no fuss, no muss, no problem! Enjoy a romantic getaway in a cozy one bedroom, or bring the whole family and stay in a spacious four-bedroom on-mountain condominium!WHAT THE CONDOS INCLUDE...All Bromley Village homes and condominiums are tastefully appointed and are complete with wood-burning fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, linens, cable TV and telephones. Homes and condos are available for the weekend, the week, or for the entire season. Guests at the Bromley Village are invited to work out at the Village Clubhouse-our exercise facility featuring treadmills, stairmasters,ellipticals, stationery bikes, free weights, and showers.The Clubhouse also offers wireless internet service in a newly furnished cozy atmosphere.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Deposits: A 50% deposit is due at the time of making your reservation. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival must be charged in total to a major credit card.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The balance, including applicable tax, is due 14 days prior to arrival. Balance due for holiday periods must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
All rentals will include a security deposit of $300 or major credit card imprint. Deposit will be refunded no later than 45 days after departure, minus any charges incurred.
CANCELLATION
Your deposit, less a $50 fee, will be returned for cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival, or 30 days prior to arrival for Holiday Periods. No monies will be returned if canceled less than 14 days before arrival or less than 30 days before arrival during Holiday Periods.

December 24, 2007 - January 1, 2008; January 18-20, 2008; February 15-22, 2008
TRIP INSURANCE
Trip insurance protects you against financial loss including deposits if you must cancel or interrupt your stay due to injuries or illness to yourself, a family member, business partner or traveling companion. Please inquire for details.
For rentals less than 30 days, add 9% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax. All major credit cards accepted. Prices subject to change without notice.
